My 2.2i Z3 52 plate is compliant and so is my son's 2006 Audi RS4 V8

Email eccoc@bmw.co.uk , request a certificate of conformity, include a copy of your V5
Once you have that, email it along with all pages of your V5 (4 pages), to cclondon@cclondon.com and request they add the car to the compliant list

It works, got my confirmation e mail today.

Is that London ULEZ? I just checked a random 2.0 on autotrader and it is not ULEZ compliant. I had it in my head that the 2.0 is subject to the ULEZ charge, in London anyway. Further digging on the random 2.0 reveals that it is subject to charges in Birmingham, Bristol and London, but not in a number of other cities with a clean air charges.

The later M54 engine is complaint (Euro 3) but I would check on the TFL site .. or any other city. My 3.0l is compliant in London but not Birmingham.
