Screen demister

Out in the Z3 this afternoon and noticed the far right side of the windscreen was very slow to clear.
Not noticed this before but looking at the air ducting on the real oem site there looks to be only one pipe each side, anyone experienced a similar problem?

I've just started a post on this; my passenger side (UK car) clears far more quickly than the driver's side. I was out for a 20 mile run just now and the driver's side feels cool compared to the hotter passenger side too. I've never looked at the heater system and the layout yet so no idea of what to address.
