For anyone that has fitted these - is it an easy DIY job? Any gaskets/seals required to refit the replacements?

The hardest part of replacing the plenum is the small hose underneath - back, right as you look at it.

Fitted this weekend - plenum back a bit of a faff, but got there in the end.
