Z3 2.8 MOT tomorrow 21years old 19,000 miles, anyone lower mileage for age?

Was overseas for a while, it was in my garage untouched for seven years, I charged the battery and it started immediately! It ran on seven year old petrol and never missed a beat! Amazing!

Thank God someone is showing me up!. My car has 102000 on it but since its been in my ownership it's only done around 2200 a year and the last 10 months only 1400.

Oh come on guys, cut the man some slack....after all someone has to keep some nice low mile dry stored stock ready for us when ours eventually conk out (or you Z4 folk realise the errors of your ways and come looking for a 3 again ).

I feel your pain, mine is under her cover in the garage at the mo and has been for circa 6 months a year for the last 3 years. However, when home she gets a good thrashing and she loves it!

Had one with 21000 on now sold , you can enjoy a car without putting a lotta miles on , it was a warm sunny day car and driving it occasionally rather than all week made that even more pleasurable

I only drive mine during nice weather but its easi to put 7k miles a year on, now thats enjoying it
