Not happy with the Satin black wheels the car came with, thought about a new set or powder coating. Like the wheels just not the colour so thought i would have a bash at painting them myself. After a good prep, 3 coats of primer, 3 coats of colour and 3 coats of lacquer pleased with the results although the jury's still out on the colour, was supposed to be Gunmetal but looks lighter than i expected

Have you considered Ferric Grey, its an OEM colour

Looks like you did a great job mate, but I don't think the colour suits the car and probably not what you intended.
No not what i intended. It said gun metal, seems there are various shades of gun metal about. Wheels off the car again and in primer, awaiting 3 coats of Techno grey. Gave me a chance to paint the calipers and back plates.
