Rebody Anybody used Dolphin Glaze?

Saw this on Halfrauds website. Might make professional painting a bit cheaper. Anybody ever used it?

Says it's a self-levelling liquid. Used self-levelling in my building days on floors, but never on a car.

Self leveling on floors uses gravity to lay flat like water.

Self leveling on sloping and vertical car panels must use magic to self level.

Use knifing putty or a fine body filler to fill chips and scratches. Then Spray deep fill primer and rub it down.

Professional spray shop will likely spray filler primer and rub it down anyway no matter how smooth you do it before hand.

Actually. Having now read the halfords blurb I may well invest in a bit of that stuff. Looks like a very fine filler. I'd like to give that a try. Not expecting it to do the work for me but more than happy to give it a whirl.

That's the idea, but it doesn't work in practice. Just thick liquid cement which needs a LOT of work. But floors generally aren't painted and don't need to look perfect.

It is excellent and I have used it many times. Just for that final fill for pinholes and fine sanding marks. Always cover it over with Upol Reface as filler and GRP shrink at different rates and the reface seals it all together.

It is just a very fine filler
